We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead a busy, multi-attraction indoor leisure venue in Dudley.
This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for someone who understands the pace and demands of a 7-day, weekend-led leisure operation and is ready to take genuine ownership of its people, operations, customer experience and commercial performance.

Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape how the venue operates, strengthen its management structure, improve commercial performance and contribute to the wider growth ambitions of the business.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than simply to manage an existing operation. We are looking for a leader who will challenge, improve, build and grow.

  • Provide clear, accurate and commercially meaningful reporting to the CEO and leadership team.

Operations & Venue Performance

  • Lead the day-to-day operation across all attractions and Food & Beverage.
  • Ensure the venue is safe, operationally ready and consistently well presented.

  • Ensure effective opening, closing and handover procedures.
  • Manage operational issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain high standards across the entire customer journey.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
