About The Role
As General Manager of FoF, you will take full ownership and lead a new investment strategy from the ground up: defining the proposition, building the team, fundraising, investing, and scaling.
Responsibilities
- Owning the Fund of Funds business, backed by tech, admin, and HR resources from the mothership company
- Owning the full lifecycle — capital raising, investor relations, sourcing and executing fund investments, and ongoing portfolio management
- Setting the strategy's goals and roadmap, aligned with Quantum Light's overall mission
- Building and managing the fundraising and investment team, growing their performance over time
- Creating value for the broader QL ecosystem

Requirements
- Proven experience in building, launching, or scaling a new business, product, or investment strategy
- Background in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or venture capital
- Technical or semi-technical (STEM) educational background
- Being an ex-founder or having run your own project is a strong plus
- A sharp analytical mind paired with strong problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and grow high-performing teams
- Confident presenter and negotiator, skilled at closing deals
