General Manager Opportunity at Lost Coins
We're looking for a General Manager for a popular food-led premium pub. Salary up to £50K plus bonus and a generous benefits package.

About the Pub
The Lost Coins is a popular signature food pub that benefits from a prominent location, based on the main A40/Fishguard road, with nearby retail park and businesses nearby, as well as the large Withybush hospital. Inside the pub is decorated in a contemporary and traditional style, with a central bar and log fires to be enjoyed by guests, there is capacity for up to 2,000 covers for diners.

The Lost Coins is currently averaging £35k in weekly sales with a 70/30 Dry to Wet sales mix. There is a strong and stable pub team in place both front of house and back of house. The successful General Manager will be experienced with running a high volume, high revenue, premium dining venue.
Management accommodation is available in the form of 3 bedrooms above the pub.
