  • We’re looking for a natural leader who is confident on the floor, sets a high standard, and brings energy and consistency to a busy service environment.
  • You will have a clear understanding of what drives a profitable hospitality business and take pride in running a tight, well-controlled operation without losing sight of the guest experience.
  • You will also be experienced and confident in cellar management, with strong knowledge and hands-on experience of changing barrels, stock control and rotation, maintaining cellar standards, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with beer dispense and quality.
  • This is a flagship venue within the group, known for its atmosphere, lively energy, and reputation for genuine Irish hospitality.
  • The expectation is to maintain the standards that have made it successful, while continually improving the way it operates, performs, and delivers for guests.

About the role:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
