GENERAL MANAGER — LONDON | UP TO £50K DOE
This is not your typical General Manager opportunity.
I’m working with a hugely exciting international hospitality brand that has just launched in the UK, and it has already made a serious impact.
Their first London flagship opened just one month ago… and there are already queues out the door.
Now they’re gearing up for their second UK site later this year, with ambitious plans to continue expanding across the country.
And this is where you come in.
We’re looking for a high-energy, highly sociable and charismatic General Manager who wants to get in at the very beginning and help shape the growth of an exciting new brand.
This is a role for someone who loves people, thrives on energy and genuinely enjoys leading a young, ambitious team. You’ll be visible, hands-on and right at the heart of the operation — creating an incredible guest experience while building a team and culture that people want to be part of.

What you'll be doing
- Taking full ownership of the day-to-day operation
- Leading, developing and inspiring a young, high-energy team
- Recruiting, training and coaching both front and back of house
- Creating an exceptional guest experience every single day
- Driving sales and maximising commercial performance
- Owning labour, stock, P&L and operational costs
- Building a positive, fun and high-performing team culture
- Leading from the front and being a real presence on the floor
We're looking for someone who is…
- An experienced General Manager within a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Full of energy, personality and enthusiasm
- Naturally sociable and confident — someone who enjoys being around people
- Passionate about developing and motivating young teams
- Commercially switched-on with strong P&L awareness
- Hands-on, proactive and resilient
- Excited by growth, change and the opportunity to build something from the ground up

Salary: up to £50,000 depending on experience
