Hampton by Hilton London Luton Airport is an established focused-service hotel serving a strong airport and local corporate market. The property benefits from demand linked to London Luton Airport, nearby transport connections and local business activity, giving it a clear transient focus within a competitive local market. With free hot breakfast, an on-site restaurant/bar, fitness centre and three meeting rooms, the hotel is well positioned to support overnight airport guests, corporate travellers and small meeting requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead with Hampton by Hilton’s commitment to value-driven hospitality: Oversee all hotel operations to deliver a clean, comfortable, friendly stay—ensuring every guest experience is consistent, worry-free, and meets brand standards
- Drive performance and profitability: Manage revenue, budgets, and cost controls to achieve financial targets while balancing operational efficiency with innovative guest experiences
- Oversee property priorities: Lead capital projects, refurbishments, and service initiatives to maintain operational excellence and brand alignment
- Set and execute strategic direction: Shape short- and long-term goals, making decisions in the best interests of the hotel, the Hampton by Hilton brand, and Hilton’s long-term vision
- Inspire and develop talent: Provide visionary leadership to the executive team and all Team Members, embedding Hilton’s values and fostering a team of passionate and creative professionals
- Strengthen communication and collaboration: Hold regular briefings with the Heads of Department (HOD) team and maintain strong relationships with owners, auditors, and Hilton stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability
- Commit to continuous improvement: Uphold and exceed Hilton and Hampton by Hilton service standards, respond to audits proactively, and drive innovation and operational integrity across the business

The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader focusing on service experience, owner relations, commercial performance, and operational excellence. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- Proven experience as a hands-on General Manager in focused service/ value-driven hotels or a hands-on Shine 2 graduate ready for the first GM role
- A track record of driving innovative commercial growth
- Approachable leadership style that builds strong teams and partnerships
- Strong business acumen in budget management, revenue forecasting, and strategic planning
- Resilience, sound judgment, and the ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
