Third Space is London’s Luxury Health Clubs

We're creating environments that inspire people to be their personal best.

We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our Chelsea club; a flagship location at the heart of one of London's most discerning communities. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a significant business, lead a large and diverse team, and shape the experience of thousands of members every day.

For the right leader, this role offers far more than operational responsibility. It is a chance to influence one of the UK's most respected premium brands and play an active role in the continued growth of a business with ambitious expansion plans.

The Opportunity

As General Manager, you will be the ultimate owner of the member experience, commercial performance, team culture and operational excellence at Chelsea.

  • You'll lead from the front, building high-performing teams, developing future leaders and creating an environment where exceptional service is simply the standard.
  • You'll be trusted to make big decisions, challenge thinking, drive innovation and continuously raise the bar, both within your club and across the wider business.
  • Working closely with senior leaders across Third Space, you'll contribute to business-wide initiatives and play an important role in shaping the future of the brand.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Creating exceptional member experiences

  • You'll ensure every aspect of the club reflects the quality, personalisation and attention to detail that defines Third Space.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
