We're looking for a passionate, commercially minded General Manager to lead one of West London's busiest neighbourhood pubs.
This is a venue that genuinely has something for everyone.
- A strong food trade, an established sports following, regular live entertainment, private events, and a loyal local community.
- With a large function space, busy weekends, and year-round trading, this is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of the P and L and driving commercial performance.
- Leading, inspiring and developing a large management and front-line team.
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences across food, drink, live sport and events.
- Maximising revenue through private hire, community engagement and local marketing.
- Maintaining consistently high operational, compliance and brand standards.
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure an outstanding food offering.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has proven General Manager experience in a busy, high-volume pub, bar or restaurant.
- Is commercially astute and confident managing budgets, labour and GP.
- Loves building high-performing teams and creating a positive culture.
- Has experience delivering both wet-led and food-led operations.
- Thrives in venues with live sport, events and private functions.
- Is hands-on, energetic and leads from the front every day.
