Job Title: General Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE
We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven General Manager to join a high-volume, multi-bar venue in London. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in busy, energetic environments and loves the pace of events, multiple bars, and high footfall. Food hall experience would be ideal, but we're also open to candidates from other high-volume, multi-bar, or complex hospitality venues across London.
We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, highly organised, and confident managing a large-scale operation. You'll have a strong understanding of P and L, revenue, and costs, while being hands-on with the day-to-day running of the venue and leading a large team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
