Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

A Hilton General Manager is a hospitality leader, a brand ambassador, and a steward of Hilton’s legacy of delivering exceptional guest experiences. At the heart of every Hilton hotel is a commitment to warm, reliable, and hospitable service—and the General Manager brings this to life through thoughtful leadership and operational excellence.

About the Hilton Brand

For nearly a century, Hilton Hotels & Resorts has been proudly welcoming the world’s travellers. With more than 584 hotels across six continents, Hilton Hotels & Resorts provides the foundation for exceptional travel experiences and values every guest who walks through its doors. The most recognised name in the industry, Hilton remains synonymous with the word ‘hotel’. From inaugural balls and Hollywood award galas to business events and days to remember, Hilton is where the world makes history, closes the deal, toasts special occasions, and gets away from it all. As the flagship brand of Hilton, Hilton Hotels & Resorts continues to set the standard for hospitality, providing new product innovations and services to meet guests’ evolving needs.

About the Property

Hilton Newcastle Tyne Bridge is a full-service hotel in a distinctive riverside location beside the iconic Tyne Bridge, offering strong connectivity to both Newcastle city centre and Gateshead. The property features 254 rooms, Windows on the Tyne Restaurant and Bar, extensive meeting and event space, and leisure facilities. Its location provides immediate access to the Quayside, cultural venues, business districts, nightlife and major local attractions, making it well positioned for corporate, MICE and leisure demand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
