The Package
- Salary up to 65k plus performance bonus
- 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays

The Role
- Lead, inspire and develop a passionate front-of-house team
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences every single service
- Drive sales, control costs and manage the business commercially
- Recruit, train and develop future leaders within your team
- Work closely with the Head Chef to create a seamless operation
- Continuously improve standards, service and the overall guest journey
