Role Description
The General Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role oversees all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations, including team leadership, staff scheduling, and ensuring consistent delivery of premium food and beverage service. The General Manager is responsible for managing budgets, controlling costs, monitoring KPIs, and driving revenue and profitability across the location. Daily tasks include:

Qualifications
- Strong restaurant operations and people management experience, including team supervision, performance management, and staff development.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis, with the ability to interpret sales reports and operational KPIs.
- Proven track record in delivering excellent guest service, handling customer feedback, and maintaining high service and quality standards.
- Knowledge of food safety, health and safety regulations, and compliance best practices in a hospitality or QSR environment.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and coordination of day-to-day front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in busy, high-pressure settings.
- Competence with basic digital tools and POS systems; experience with restaurant management software is beneficial.
- Previous experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in restaurants, bars, or QSR; premium or branded concepts experience is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in line with business needs.
- Relevant vocational training or qualifications in hospitality, business, or restaurant management are beneficial but not mandatory.
