Club Manager
Marlow, UK
Full-time, 40 hours
Circa £45,000 depending on experience

Our client is bringing an exciting new fitness concept to the UK and is looking for an ambitious Club Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new club in Marlow.
You’ll be the heartbeat of the club — leading your team, creating an exceptional member experience and taking ownership of commercial performance.
The role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the club, including service, staffing, safety, and cleanliness
- Driving sales, membership growth, retention, and NPS
- Managing budgets, costs, and key KPIs
- Recruiting, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
- Creating an energetic, positive, and performance-focused culture
- Acting as the local face of the brand and maintaining high standards
- Working closely with HQ and regional stakeholders to deliver business goals
- Leading by example and continually looking for ways to improve performance

About you
You’re a natural leader with a strong commercial mindset and a genuine passion for people and customer experience.
You’ll bring:
- Proven sales experience and a track record of exceeding KPIs
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, or another customer-facing environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A hands-on, proactive approach
- Experience building and developing high-performing teams
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability
- A passion for fitness, health, or sport
