Role Overview

The role leads the Innovation and AI Solutions practice globally. It is based in either the United States or Europe and requires commensurate travel. It reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

The role is a highly entrepreneurial, technology sales focused role with delivery oversight owning the department strategy and its go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate has experience building and leading a similar department from scratch to scale with P&L ownership. The role requires demonstrating measurable revenue and customer outcomes. The successful candidate will leverage EOS's technical capabilities, global delivery footprint, strategic technology partnerships, and established Tier 1 customer relationships to grow a focused, scalable AI business.

First-year outcomes include building a qualified pipeline, securing flagship customer engagements, productizing an initial portfolio of AI solutions, establishing strategic vendor partnerships plus leading and recruiting/growing the existing core team. They must be equally comfortable discussing AI architecture with technical leaders, business outcomes with a Fortune 500 executive, and pipeline or delivery risks with the EOS leadership team.

Competitive base, bonus and long term incentive commensurate for the role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth and commercial performance of the AI Solutions practice, setting and achieving revenue targets and strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the AI Solutions division, ensuring alignment with EOS's overall business objectives.

  • Engage with existing enterprise relationships to initiate AI discovery engagements and convert these into scalable business opportunities.
  • Lead early-stage customer conversations to understand needs and position EOS as a preferred partner for AI solutions.
  • Create and refine repeatable AI offerings across various domains such as applied AI/ML, generative AI, and autonomous systems.
  • Develop business cases that clearly connect AI technical solutions to tangible customer outcomes, facilitating decision-making and buy-in.
  • Collaborate closely with EOS sales leaders to integrate AI solutions into broader sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Partner with engineering and professional services teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of AI projects.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key technology partners to enhance EOS's market offerings and technological capabilities.
  • Define and implement commercial models and key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively measure and drive the success of the AI Solutions practice.
  • Recruit, lead, and develop a multidisciplinary team capable of delivering high-quality AI solutions and supporting EOS's growth in this area.
  • Maintain a hands-on approach during the initial stages of the AI Solutions division to ensure a solid foundation and effective response to market demands.
  • Represent EOS in external forums, conferences, and media to enhance the company's profile in the AI solutions space and attract potential clients and partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
