We are hiring a General Manager for our Itsu Oxford store.
Invalleon is a UK hospitality platform. We acquire, operate and scale franchise businesses, and we are the largest itsu franchisee in the UK and we are actively expanding.
If you are already a General Manager, apply. If you are a Shift Supervisor, Shift Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant General Manager or Restaurant Manager who knows you are ready for the step up, apply.

You will train alongside our current General Managers in Oxford and Reading, learn the operation properly, and build the commercial skills to run the site.
What we need from you
- Passion. For food, for people, for running a great restaurant.
- Leadership from the floor. You are at your best in a busy service, next to your team.
- Interest in the numbers. Sales, labour, waste. You want to know what makes a site profitable.
- Networking. Local marketing is a real part of this job. Offices, schools, gyms, community groups. You go out and find the customers.
- Ownership. You see a problem and you fix it without being asked.

What we offer
- £36,000 plus bonus, depending on experience
- 45 hours, full time
