Role Overview
At ETM Group, being a General Manager is both a privilege and a leadership pursuit. You're not just overseeing service - you're shaping the entire guest experience, mentoring a diverse team of hospitality professionals, and representing a brand that defines premium through our EPIC values.
Across our two distinct business areas - ETM Collection and ETM Sport London - our General Managers lead from the front. Whether delivering refined rooftop dining and elevated guest experiences within the Collection, or driving high-energy, high-volume occasions in our iconic Sport London venues, you are the architect of culture, performance, and atmosphere in your space.
We place our venues in the hands of inspiring leaders. As General Manager, you'll operate with the autonomy of an entrepreneur, supported by the strength, infrastructure, and expertise of a group renowned for delivering premium hospitality at scale. From curating exceptional dining experiences to leading match-day moments, you'll do so with elevated operational standards, commercial focus, and the creative freedom to make your venue truly your own.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
