The Role
We are seeking an exceptional General Manager who embodies true hospitality. This role is perfect for a charismatic leader with natural charm, a genuine passion for people, and the ability to be the face of the business.
You will be a hands-on host who thrives on building relationships with guests, inspiring your team, and maintaining the high standards that have made this venue a destination restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a well-established front and back-of-house team.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain the venue's outstanding reputation.
- Act as the primary host and ambassador for the restaurant.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Develop and mentor management and supervisory teams.
- Ensure the highest standards of service, food quality, and presentation.
- Manage budgets, labour costs, and financial performance.
- Build strong relationships with regular guests and the local community.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.
About You
- Proven experience as a General Manager within a high-quality restaurant, premium dining venue, or hospitality operation.
- A natural host with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Charismatic, engaging, and passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving sales and profitability.
- Experienced in leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent attention to detail.
- Stable career history demonstrating commitment and success within hospitality operations.
