BIRMINGHAM. NEW OPENING. JAPANESE-INSPIRED DINING. PREMIUM CASUAL. RAPID GROWTH. GENUINE AUTONOMY. CAREER PROGRESSION.
What's in it for you?
- Salary package up to £60,000
- Be part of a brand-new Birmingham opening and help shape it from day one
- Join a business in significant growth, with new sites opening across the UK
- A genuinely autonomous, values-led culture where you're trusted to run things your way
- GM bonus scheme
- Real progression opportunities as the business continues to expand
Who are they?
They've built one of the most talked-about premium-casual restaurant concepts around. Known for two things: a genuinely brilliant menu and a culture. Every site has its own identity, shaped around its neighbourhood rather than a corporate template, and the business has grown almost entirely by promoting from within. Now, they're bringing the brand to Birmingham, opening this October, and it'll be their biggest site yet. This isn't about stepping into an established site and keeping things ticking over. You'll be leading the opening itself, building a team of up to 70 from scratch.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
