General Manager | QSR Brand | Central London | £42,000
I'm recruiting for an experienced General Manager to join an established and growing multi-site QSR brand in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, commercially focused General Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about people, operational standards and delivering a great customer experience.
You will take full ownership of the day-to-day operation of a busy site, leading the team from the front and working closely with the Area Manager and wider support team to deliver strong commercial and operational performance.
The Role
As General Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing restaurant team
- Creating a positive, people-focused culture
- Taking full ownership of the day-to-day site operation
- Driving sales, profitability, labour performance and key operational KPIs
- Managing stock, waste and cost control
- Ensuring strong standards across food safety, health & safety and compliance
- Recruiting, developing and retaining great people
- Building a strong internal talent pipeline
- Delivering consistently high standards across food, service and customer experience
- Working closely with the Area Manager and wider business to achieve company objectives
- Being a visible, hands-on leader during busy trading periods

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced General Manager with a proven background in a high-volume hospitality environment.
Experience within QSR, fast casual, food-to-go, grab & go, café or similar multi-site branded operations would be highly advantageous.
You will be:
- A confident and engaging people leader
- Commercially aware and comfortable managing KPIs and P&L performance
- Experienced in running a fast-paced, high-volume operation
- Strong on team development, recruitment and retention
- Operationally focused with high standards
- Comfortable leading from the front and getting involved during busy services
- Motivated by progression and working within a growing brand
