Role Overview
We’re looking for fantastic General Managers who leads the team using their positive energy, passion and humility. We host our guests just like we host our family, and we always give a 100% to create that memorable experience, which we call an “old-school hospitality.
As a General Manager here at Honest, you'll focus on the guest experience hosting everyone in the same way you'd welcome your family. Our GMs always give a 100% to create memorable experiences. We call it Honest Hospitality, but in real terms it's “old-school hospitality”.

- £42,000 - 53,700 OTE (basic salary, plus service charge - our data says you can earn between £1 to £5 per hour on top of your pay)
- Service charge split equally (100% goes to the employees)
- Bonus scheme
- Guaranteed full time contracted hours
- Complimentary team food & soft drinks while on shift
- VIB (Very Important Burgers) – £100/month, food & drink allowance off shift
- Your birthday off work, fully paid
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
- Up to £1000 “Refer a Friend” scheme (T&C apply)
