About You
- A hands-on, floor-led General Manager with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Proven experience within high-quality independent restaurants is essential; candidates with predominantly hotel-based backgrounds will be less suited to this role
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating at General Manager level
- Proven ability to drive revenue, sales performance, and overall business success
- Naturally engaging, personable, and relationship-focused
- A strong and inspiring leader with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
- Passionate about training and maintaining exceptional luxury service standards
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced, stylish restaurant environment
