Job Opportunity: Temporary SPV, Facilities, and/or Construction Professional
Due to an increase in workload, a temporary need has been identified for a SPV, facilities and / or construction professional to support one of our projects in Greater London. It is anticipated that the initial duration would last 3-6 months. We would consider applicants who would consider a part-time (3 days) or full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Working remotely, with weekly site attendance, the role is responsible for the smooth running of the contracts (in education) ensuring the contract is executed effectively.
- You will also be the key contact between the client and the FM provider to ensure positive engagement throughout the projects including managing issues around maintenance, repairs, variations, and lifecycle asset management.

Required Qualifications
- The successful candidate will be a facilities / SPV experience professional.
- You will have strong experience of contractor management and be contractually aware and show commercial acumen.
Additional Requirements
- You will be available at short notice.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Be able to commute to the site on a weekly basis.
