General Manager - Microsoft Solutions, Cloud, AI & Cybersecurity
Compensation: Sales Commission + Shares Options (Vesting opportunity)

Role Description
NOMAD is seeking a General Manager (Worldwide Remote) to drive commercial growth, strategic partnerships, and business operations globally.
This is not a traditional corporate management role. We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional who is excited by the opportunity to help build and scale a technology business.
The General Manager will be responsible for developing growth strategies, driving business development, managing pipeline and forecasting activities, and strengthening relationships across the Microsoft ecosystem.

The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of Microsoft licensing programs, CSP and distribution models, cloud commercial frameworks, and partner ecosystems. Experience working with Microsoft distributors, indirect providers, channel organizations, or partner-led businesses is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Drive global business growth and market expansion initiatives.
- Develop and execute commercial and go-to-market strategies.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop accurate forecasts and revenue projections.
- Build relationships with Microsoft distributors, CSPs, vendors, and strategic partners.
- Lead customer acquisition and business development activities.
- Support enterprise sales engagements and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to align customer requirements with solution delivery.
- Develop scalable sales processes, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Represent NOMAD within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs and commercial models, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Copilot, CSP, and NCE.
- Experience working with Microsoft distributors, indirect providers, channel partners, or the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Proven track record in technology sales, business development, or general management.
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting, CRM processes, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of distribution and channel-driven business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
- Experience in cloud, cybersecurity, AI, or managed services is highly desirable.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Existing Microsoft ecosystem relationships are considered a significant advantage.
