Working on one of the city's most exciting new mixed-use developments, including flexible office space, build-to-rent apartments, green and community spaces and a mix of ground-floor retail and food. Built to 5* NABERS and BREEAM Outstanding standards, this is a campus designed to set the benchmark for how people work, live, and connect in Cambridge.

We are looking for a General Manager to be the lead in driving the commercial and operational success of this exciting campus.

What you'll do:

  • You'll be on-site, leading the team that keeps Mill Yard running seamlessly — from day-to-day operations and health & safety to service charge budgets and major CAPEX projects.
  • You'll build real relationships with occupiers, understanding their needs.
  • You'll lead and inspire the on-site team, work hand-in-hand with the surveying, sustainability and accounts teams and report directly to the client.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
