We're recruiting a General Manager to lead a thriving, community-focused pub in a busy market town.
This is a well-established venue with a fantastic mix of food, drinks, live sport, private events, and a spacious garden, attracting a loyal local following alongside regular visitors. Freshly prepared food, stone-baked pizzas, burgers, cocktails, and quality beers all play a key part in the offer, alongside weekly events and functions.

What We're Looking For
- An experienced General Manager from a high-volume pub or restaurant background
- Strong commercial awareness with a passion for driving sales and profit
- A natural leader who develops and inspires their team
- Experience delivering excellent food, drink, and guest experiences
- Someone who thrives on being part of the local community and creating a venue people return to time and time again
