Who We Are:

At Omaze, we give our community in the UK and Germany the chance to win luxury homes and other life-changing prizes — all while raising money for the causes they love.

Thanks to our Omaze Community, we’ve raised over £150 million for UK charities in just five years. That’s millions helping organisations like Age UK, the RSPCA, British Heart Foundation and Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity deliver life-saving work.

And the best part? We’re only just getting started. Omaze is building a business and culture committed to growth and creating significant social impact on a global scale.

🔑 The opportunity

Omaze is building a new consumer proposition for the UK market to take our prize draws and charitable impact to a whole new level.

We're looking for a General Manager to take end-to-end ownership of the proposition — from launch through to scale.

This is a true business-owner role. You'll own the P&L, strategy and performance of the proposition, bringing together Product, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Operations, Analytics and other teams around a single set of outcomes.

Your job is to create clarity about what needs to happen, make the right commercial, customer and partner decisions, and ensure the organisation delivers against them with pace and a high bar for quality.

Initially, you'll take an emerging business model and turn it into something customers love and Omaze can operate successfully at scale. You'll work through the commercial, operational and customer complexities of launching something new, establish its economics and operating model, and build a roadmap for growth.

As the proposition develops, you'll be accountable for making it better every cycle: improving the customer experience, strengthening the economics, resolving operational friction, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring we learn quickly.

This is a rare role for someone who combines commercial judgement, product thinking, operational rigour and a strong bias towards action.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Experience working through complex commercial arrangements, partnerships or negotiations.
  • Strong operational instincts and experience turning complex or manual processes into scalable operating models.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand the few inputs that really drive a business.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams, including through influence rather than reporting lines.
  • A track record of operating effectively in ambiguity and making decisions with imperfect information.
