General Manager - The Star by Liverpool Street
The Role
Operations & P&L:
- Take full ownership of venue performance, financial targets, labour control, stock, and compliance.
Sales & Bookings:
- Drive mid-week corporate trade, private room hires, and weekend party packages.
Team Leadership:
- Hire, train, and develop a strong front-of-house and bar team.
Floor Presence:
- Lead from the front during peak trading hours, ensuring high standards of service and guest experience.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as a General Manager in high-volume London pubs, bars, or late-night entertainment venues.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid track record of managing P&Ls and hitting targets.
- High energy, resilient, and comfortable managing a busy, multifaceted operation.
- Experience with private hire or entertainment-led concepts is a major plus.
