By the end of 2026, we will also operate more than 300 boutique bedrooms, expanding our collection beyond outstanding places to eat and drink into relaxed, high-quality stays. The Opportunity
As a General Manager with Heartwood Collection, you’ll be trusted to lead your business with energy, personality and pride. You’ll inspire your team to deliver outstanding hospitality, build lasting relationships with your guests and local community, and take real ownership of your site’s commercial performance. You’ll be visible, hands-on and present, setting the standard on the floor while developing the people around you and creating a culture where everyone can perform at their best. About You
You’re a natural hospitality leader who combines a genuine love of people and service with the commercial confidence to run a successful business.
You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience within a successful premium pub, restaurant or hospitality business
- A genuine passion for fresh food, quality drinks and memorable guest experiences
- The ability to inspire, coach and develop managers and their teams
- Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing budgets, KPIs and profitability
- A hands-on leadership style and the confidence to lead from the floor
- Excellent operational and organisational skills, with an uncompromising focus on quality and consistency
- The ability to build strong community connections and lasting guest relationships
- A track record of delivering results within a branded or multi-site hospitality environment
