General Manager – Premium London Pub | People | Sales | Operations
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + bonus
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you a General Manager who knows how to run a great pub, build a strong team and create a place people genuinely want to come back to?
We’re working with a growing collection of premium London pubs and bars to find an ambitious General Manager to take full ownership of one of their venues. This is not about simply keeping the pub running. It’s about leading from the front, driving the business, developing your people and creating a venue with its own identity.
The business is food-led, drinks-focused and built around great hospitality — with fresh, seasonal food, quality drinks, proper service and venues that have a strong sense of personality.
The Role
As General Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for the performance and day-to-day running of the venue. You’ll be the person who sets the tone, leads the team and makes sure everything comes together — from the guest experience and service standards to sales, people and commercial performance.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
