We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead a premium, vibrant restaurant operation in the heart of Spitalfields.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing hospitality brand and company at an important stage of its development. With ambitious plans ahead, we're looking for a GM who can take real ownership of the site, build a brilliant team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
The Role
- Full operational and commercial responsibility for the restaurant
- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing FOH and management team
- Drive standards across service, guest experience, and day-to-day operations
- Take ownership of budgets, labor, costs, and overall site performance
- Recruit, train, and retain a strong team
- Work closely with the wider business as the brand continues to grow

- Proven experience leading a quality, high-volume London restaurant
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
- A hands-on, energetic, and people-focused leadership style
