Location: London
Salary: Up to £65,000 + 10% Bonus + Career Progression Opportunities
Are you a passionate leader who thrives in fast-paced, community-driven environments? Do you love creating exceptional customer experiences while leading high-performing teams?
We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join one of London’s fastest-growing premium sports and lifestyle brands. With multiple clubs already open, more new sites in the pipeline, and a strong reputation for delivering outstanding member experiences, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Manager to lead a flagship London club.
This is far more than a traditional operations role. You’ll lead a vibrant social hub where sport, wellness, hospitality, and community come together. Picture stylish, sustainably designed clubhouses, state-of-the-art facilities, expert coaching, yoga, pilates and HIIT classes, member meet-ups, and an atmosphere that keeps everyone from first-timers to seasoned regulars coming back.
As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the overall performance and operations of the club. You will be empowered to run the business with autonomy, driving both commercial success and exceptional member engagement. We are looking for a hands-on, inspiring leader who can build culture, motivate teams, and create an environment where both members and employees thrive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
