Job Title: General Manager : Premium London Events Venue
Location: London
Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus
We are working with a prestigious, high-end London venue seeking a General Manager to lead all aspects of operations, sales performance, and client experience. This is a senior, high-profile role with full P and L ownership, responsible for driving revenue, delivering exceptional events, and maintaining a best-in-class reputation within the London events market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall venue operations, ensuring flawless event delivery
- Drive revenue growth through proactive sales and business development
- Own full P and L, forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance
- Build and manage relationships with VIP clients and key stakeholders
- Oversee CRM strategy and client engagement
- Lead pricing, contracts, and commercial strategy
- Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and service standards
- Manage, develop, and inspire a high-performing team

About You
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a premium venue or events business
- Strong commercial mindset with full P and L management experience
- Track record of driving sales growth and client retention
- Experience managing high-profile/VIP clients and stakeholders
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and professional
