Pullman London St Pancras is one of Accor's flagship premium hotels in the UK, offering 312 contemporary bedrooms, 17 versatile meeting and event spaces, including the renowned Shaw Theatre, and a vibrant F&B offering. Located moments from King's Cross and St Pancras International.


Job Description

Your Role

You'll be leading a high-profile, commercially complex operation at the heart of one of Europe's busiest travel hubs.

  • Drive commercial performance and maximise revenue opportunities across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Meetings & Events and Shaw Theatre.
  • Inspire, develop and empower a high-performing team culture where people thrive.
  • Build exceptional relationships with ownership, acting as a trusted partner and advisor while delivering against financial objectives, investment plans and long-term asset value.
  • Represent the hotel externally, building strategic partnerships across the London market and strengthening Pullman's presence within the local business and hospitality community.

Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience Include:

  • Proven experience leading large premium or upscale hotels operating within a complex, high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
