Relocation: From UK (full relocation support provided)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary basic: £4000 per month tax free
Commission: £3000 per month tax free

Are you an experienced, sales-driven leader looking for an international career move? This is a rare opportunity for a UK fitness professional to relocate to Saudi Arabia as a General Manager within a fast-growing fitness organisation.
The Role
As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the overall performance of the club with a strong emphasis on sales, people leadership, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing sales-focused team
- Driving new member acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Implementing structured sales systems and accountability
- Managing KPIs, budgets, and performance reporting
- Ensuring exceptional customer experience and brand standards
- Creating a positive, motivated, and results-driven culture
About You
You will ideally have:
- Proven experience leading teams in a sales-driven environment
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to hit and exceed targets
- Confidence coaching, motivating, and developing people
- A passion for fitness, health, or lifestyle brands
- Openness to relocating internationally and embracing a new culture
