General Manager (Relocation to Saudi Arabia)

Base: 20,000 SAR = £4000 per month
Bonus: 15,000 SAR = £3000 per month

Are you a sales-driven leader with a passion for fitness?

We are looking for sales professionals ready to take on a General Manager role — but this is not a traditional operations-only GM role. Your primary mission: drive sales, build high-performing teams, and grow the gym community.

The Role: General Manager (KSA)

As a GM, you will:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performance team focused on sales (new member acquisition, renewals, referrals)
  • Implement and manage a structured sales process, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded
  • Interpret sales data and use analytics to drive decision-making and performance
  • Oversee daily club operations to support a seamless member experience
  • Foster a positive, growth-oriented culture where coaching, development, and empowerment are central

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
