Salary: Up to £45,000 + Tronc OTE £52,000
We're looking for an outstanding and ambitious General Manager to join a fantastic social neighbourhood pub/bar and take the lead on an exciting operation.
This is a great opportunity for a true people leader who is passionate about creating a brilliant guest experience, building high-performing teams and driving the overall success of a venue. If you're an ambitious GM who loves people, guests, great hospitality and the commercial side of running a successful venue, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For
- A confident and hands-on General Manager with strong leadership skills
- People-focused, with the ability to motivate, develop and retain a great team
- Guest-focused, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of budgets, P and L and financial performance
- Ambitious and driven, with the energy to continually improve and grow the business
- Comfortable taking full ownership of the day-to-day operation
- A natural leader who leads from the front and enjoys being part of a busy, social environment
