Bill’s Bar is a high-energy destination built around live sport, entertainment, great drinks, quality food, and unforgettable nights out.

From Six Nations fixtures and live music to karaoke, quizzes, and busy weekend trade, we deliver experiences that keep guests coming back. The venue also features interactive gaming including darts, shuffleboards, beer pong, and pool tables, creating a lively, social atmosphere from day to night.


What you’ll be responsible for

  • Leading, coaching, and motivating the management and bar teams
  • Delivering outstanding guest experiences every day
  • Driving revenue through sport, events, entertainment, gaming, and community activity
  • Maximising income from darts, shuffleboards, beer pong, pool tables, and other in-venue experiences
  • Managing labour, stock, GP, and overall profitability
  • Recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, licensing, and food safety standards
  • Working closely with Head Office teams across Operations, Marketing, People, and Finance
  • Building a strong, positive culture built on accountability and fun

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has experience as a General Manager or a strong Deputy ready to step up
  • Understands wet-led hospitality and peak trading performance
  • Is passionate about live sport, entertainment, and guest experience
  • Is commercially aware and confident managing budgets and KPIs
  • Builds and develops teams through coaching and leadership
  • Leads from the front and thrives in a busy service environment
  • Communicates clearly and stays highly organised
  • Consistently delivers high standards
