General Manager

The Park Tower Knightsbridge, a Luxury Collection Hotel, London

Perfectly positioned beside Hyde Park and moments from Harrods, Harvey Nichols and some of London’s most celebrated restaurants, galleries and boutiques, The Park Tower Knightsbridge offers a distinctive perspective on one of the world’s great cities.

Designed by renowned British architect Richard Seifert and opened in 1973, the hotel’s iconic circular form has become a familiar part of the London skyline. Today, the property features 251 spacious guestrooms and suites, many with sweeping views across Hyde Park and the capital, alongside three distinctive dining experiences, personalised butler service and the local expertise of The Luxury Collection Concierge.

We are now seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead the hotel into its next chapter.

The opportunity

As General Manager, you will have the opportunity to build upon the hotel’s heritage while further strengthening its position within one of the world’s most competitive luxury hospitality markets.

You will lead the performance, culture and guest experience of the hotel, working closely with ownership, Marriott’s regional leadership and a talented Executive Committee.

You will bring a clear vision for the property while remaining deeply connected to the operation, the Ladies and Gentlemen who deliver it and the international guests who choose Knightsbridge as their London home.

The successful candidate will understand that luxury is created through consistency, anticipation and highly personalised service. They will be equally comfortable shaping long-term strategy, engaging with ownership, leading commercial performance and being visible throughout the hotel.

The role

You will:

  • Provide clear strategic and operational leadership across all areas of the hotel.
  • Strengthen The Park Tower Knightsbridge’s positioning within London’s luxury market and The Luxury Collection portfolio.
  • Elevate service quality and create distinctive guest experiences inspired by the character, culture and energy of Knightsbridge.
  • Build, develop and inspire a high-performing Executive Committee and hotel team.
  • Establish a visible leadership culture centred on accountability, engagement and genuine care.
  • Develop a trusted, transparent and commercially focused partnership with ownership.
  • Drive revenue, market share and profitability while protecting the long-term value and reputation of the asset.
  • Strengthen the hotel’s appeal across key international luxury feeder markets.
  • Maximise the commercial potential of the hotel’s accommodation, suites, dining experiences and exceptional location.
  • Champion Marriott Bonvoy engagement, guest loyalty and personalised recognition.
  • Maintain the highest standards of operational discipline, financial performance, safety and compliance.
  • Build meaningful relationships across Knightsbridge and London’s wider luxury, cultural and business communities.
  • Champion inclusion, talent development and internal progression throughout the hotel.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
