Stylish, smart and vibrant, TRIBE London Canary Wharf is looking for an inspiring General Manager to lead our bold lifestyle brand, drive commercial success and create memorable experiences for both Guests and Heartists.

TRIBE London Canary Wharf is in London’s financial district, with 312 keys the hotel is close to the O2 and ExCel London. Guests can enjoy the vibrant Social Hub, a relaxed space for coworking, socialising or unwinding, alongside the hotel's Californian-inspired restaurant Feels Like June, outdoor terrace, bar and 24/7 Grab & Go food and coffee station.

Job Description

YOUR ROLE:

  • Lead all hotel operations across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Finance, Sales and People & Culture.
  • Driving commercial performance and achieving budgeted revenue, profit and GOP targets.
  • Building strong relationships with owners, community partners and key stakeholders.
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining strong guest satisfaction scores.
  • Creating an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture where team members can thrive.
  • Shaping the hotel's growth strategy by evaluating market dynamics.

Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a midscale or lifestyle hotel General Manager role with a proven track record of delivering commercial and operational success.
  • You will focus on solutions not problems.
  • You are someone who leads from the front, able to strike a balance between commercial decisions and doing what’s right for the Brand.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK is essential.
