We’re currently recruiting for an experienced General Manager to join a well-established premium restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden.
This is a great opportunity to take the lead in a busy, quality-focused restaurant with a strong reputation for excellent food, warm service, and a loyal customer base.
The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
- Lead, motivate and develop the management and front-of-house team.
- Deliver consistently high standards of service and guest experience.
- Drive sales, labour, and overall financial performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop your team.
- Ensure all health & safety and compliance standards are met.
- Work closely with senior management to help grow the business.

About You
- Previous experience as a General Manager within a premium restaurant.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor.
- Commercially minded with experience managing P&L.
- Passionate about hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
