About the Role
James Webber Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for an exceptional General Manager on behalf of a prestigious luxury lifestyle business that is redefining personalised service, exceptional dining and premium resident experiences.
This is a rare opportunity for an accomplished hospitality leader to take full operational responsibility for a unique luxury operation where five-star service is at the heart of everything. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across the business, driving an outstanding guest and resident experience while developing a culture of excellence across every department.

As General Manager, you will lead an experienced management team, inspiring a culture of warmth, professionalism and attention to detail, whilst ensuring exceptional operational standards and financial performance. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a hands-on operator who thrives on developing people, exceeding expectations and delivering an unrivalled hospitality experience.
About You
We are keen to speak with experienced General Managers, Hotel Managers and Directors of Operations currently working within luxury hotels, five-star resorts, private members' clubs or other premium hospitality environments.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven General Manager or senior operational leadership experience within luxury hospitality.
- A passion for delivering intuitive, personalised service.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
- Experience leading multiple operational departments.
- Outstanding food and beverage knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A visible, engaging and people-focused leadership style.
- A relentless commitment to quality, guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
