About Funraisin
Funraisin is a global SaaS platform purpose-built for nonprofit fundraising. We power peer-to-peer, DIY, Individual Giving (one time and recurring gifts), Giving Days, virtual events, raffles, unique donation experiences and much more for some of the world's leading charities - helping them raise more, engage supporters more deeply, and grow their missions at scale.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to build something significant. As General Manager for UK-EU, you will help shape how we go to market in the UK and Europe, grow our customer base, serve our clients, and build the team that will define our presence for years to come.
You will be joining at an inflection point. The foundations are in place: a market-leading product, industry-leading retention metrics, a network of referral and implementation partners, and an experienced UK-EU team with deep sector knowledge drawn from consulting backgrounds and leading nonprofit organisations. What is needed now is a commercially sharp, operationally excellent leader who can unite that capability, shape the next stage of the team’s structure, and help scale what has already been built.
WHAT WE ARE BUILDING TOGETHER
Our goal is to become the leading peer-to-peer fundraising platform in the UK and Europe and globally, powering the most impactful nonprofit events and campaigns worldwide. This role is central to achieving that - and the person who steps into it will have the support, resources, and collaborative team to make it happen.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You
We are looking for someone who brings deep sector knowledge, genuine commercial instincts, and the kind of energy that elevates the people around them. The right person for this role is ambitious but collaborative - someone who wants to build something, not just manage something.
Experience and Background
- 8–12+ years in B2B technology - with meaningful experience in the nonprofit sector, ideally across Sales, Customer Success, or technology consulting roles
- A track record of growing revenue in a SaaS environment - whether through new logo acquisition, expansion, or both - and a clear understanding of what drives retention and long-term customer value
- Experience working with enterprise nonprofit organisations - particularly those running peer-to-peer, event-based, or digital fundraising programmes
- Familiarity with the UK-EU nonprofit technology landscape, including the platforms and vendors that the sector relies on
- Experience building or managing a partner or referral channel - from early-stage activation through to a structured, productive programme
- A history of managing or mentoring others, even in informal or cross-functional settings, with a genuine interest in developing people
- Comfortable operating in a scaling, globally distributed company where autonomy and accountability go hand in hand
Technical Aptitude
- A technical background is an advantage but not a prerequisite. What matters more is comfort working alongside technical teams - understanding customer implementation needs, contributing to product conversations, and advocating for customers during technical escalations.
- Experience with modern GTM and operational tooling: CRM platforms, sales intelligence tools, customer health dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows for reporting, outreach, and internal efficiency.
- Ability to interrogate data, build business cases, and present insights clearly to customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership.
