Your Impact
Join Deliverect, a market-leading software company transforming how restaurants, QSR, grocery and retail businesses manage digital ordering and commerce. We are looking for an experienced General Manager, UK & Ireland to lead Deliverect’s commercial performance and market strategy across the region.
This is a broad, hands-on leadership role spanning new business, account management, partnerships and customer success. You will lead the regional team, drive major enterprise opportunities and ensure we continue to develop strong customers and strategic partnerships.
Based from our London office, you will also provide leadership across the wider UK & Ireland organisation, bringing teams together around clear priorities, performance and market opportunities.
This is a full-time, London based role, with regular presence in Deliverect's London Office.
What You Will Do
- Own and execute the UK & Ireland strategy, covering commercial growth, customer satisfaction, partnerships and market development.
- Lead teams across New Business, Account Management and Partnerships, setting clear priorities and driving performance.
- Lead major enterprise opportunities, RFPs and tenders across restaurant, QSR, grocery, convenience and retail.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, driving retention, satisfaction and account growth.
- Develop Deliverect’s partner ecosystem, including POS providers, technology partners, delivery platforms and other strategic partners.
- Remain hands-on in key opportunities, supporting proposition development, commercial negotiations and deal closure.
- Own regional pipeline, forecasting, account planning and customer performance.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, Finance and Legal, ensuring UK & Ireland priorities are represented across the business.
- Use customer, partner and market feedback to help shape Deliverect’s product and go-to-market strategy.
- Provide visible leadership within the London office, including regular UK & Ireland All Hands sessions and broader team alignment.
- Coach and develop the regional commercial team, creating clear ownership and accountability.
- Represent Deliverect at key customer, partner and industry engagements.

What You Will Bring
- Strong commercial leadership experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise technology or a related environment.
- Experience leading teams across new business, account management and partnerships.
- Proven track record of developing and closing complex enterprise opportunities, including RFP and tender processes.
- Experience building and developing strategic customer and partner relationships.
- Strong commercial judgement, balancing new business growth with customer retention and expansion.
- Understanding of technology integrations, APIs, POS ecosystems, digital ordering, commerce and/or last-mile delivery.
- Strong analytical skills across pipeline, forecasting, customer performance and market development.
- Collaborative and comfortable working across multiple departments and global teams.
- A hands-on leadership style, able to move between strategy, team leadership and direct commercial involvement.
Additional Information
- This is a full-time, London-based role, with regular presence in Deliverect’s London office.
- Travel across the UK & Ireland will be required, alongside occasional international travel.
- The role has leadership responsibility across New Business, Account Management and Partnerships.
- You will combine regional strategy with hands-on execution, while ensuring the UK & Ireland market is strongly represented within Deliverect’s wider global organisation.
