Role Overview

We’re looking for an outstanding General Manager to take full ownership of Fresha’s UK business — one of our most important and high-potential markets.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the growth and commercial performance of the UK. You’ll set the market strategy, lead our Sales and Account Management organisation, and ensure the business delivers against ambitious acquisition, revenue and retention goals.

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll work closely with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Operations and Finance to shape company priorities and ensure the needs and opportunities of the UK market are represented across the business.

We’re looking for someone who can operate equally well at strategic and executional levels. You’ll bring strong commercial judgement, structure and pace; build an exceptional leadership team; and create an environment where people have clear ownership and consistently high standards.

This is an opportunity to lead a significant market within a fast-scaling global technology business and have a direct impact on its next stage of growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
