About the Role
We are seeking a highly commercial and entrepreneurial General Manager to lead a cluster of Caribbean markets for a fast-growing international technology business. The role will have full P&L responsibility, with a clear focus on transaction growth, gross profit, market penetration and launching new markets.
Responsibilities
- Personally driving ground-level activation through community, retail, digital and commercial partnerships that convert awareness into transactions.
- Developing and executing pricing, promotional and growth strategies, using data, testing and customer insight to improve conversion and margin.
- Identifying new market opportunities, building go-to-market plans and leading execution from launch through to scale.
- Building and managing strategic partnerships, negotiating commercial terms and securing partner funding or co-investment where appropriate.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
- Ability to comfortably move between strategy and execution.
- Experience across startups, scaleups, fintech, remittance, telecoms, retail, FMCG, consumer services or related sectors is relevant.
- Entrepreneurial and hands-on commercial experience particularly valued.
