Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed — we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.

GENERAL MANAGER – WELLBEING SERVICES

Navigate the unknown as a ROVA Experience Specialist

Wellbeing doesn’t manage itself, it takes someone who can lead the team, own the room, and keep pushing the offer forward.

You’ll be the main point of contact on site, overseeing the day-to-day running of our wellbeing facilities, from Active Space to the treatment room and beyond. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, keep standards high across every service, and make sure the offer keeps evolving through a research-based wellbeing programme.

Working closely with the Account Manager, you’ll balance the day-to-day reality of running the estate with a longer view, spotting opportunities, shaping new services, and promoting what’s on offer to employees and stakeholders alike. It’s a hands-on role for someone confident enough to lead a team and outgoing enough to bring people along with the vision.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
