Are you an experienced manager with a genuine passion for fishing and angling?

We're recruiting for a General Manager in Reading for a well-established business serving the angling community.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded leader who can lead a team, drive sales and deliver an excellent customer experience, while working in an environment centred around something you're genuinely passionate about.

The Role

As General Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the business.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Leading, coaching and developing the team
  • Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Managing stock, rotas, administration and compliance
  • Maintaining high standards across the store
  • Building strong relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business

About You
