General Manager

Kioku by Endo

Join Our Team at Kioku by Endo

Are you an inspiring hospitality leader who wants to take genuine ownership of an exceptional restaurant? Are you passionate about people, committed to outstanding guest experiences and energised by bringing a whole team together behind one shared vision?

Kioku by Endo is looking for a General Manager who will love the restaurant as much as we do—someone who wants to step in, lead with passion and make a meaningful impact on our guests, our people and the continued success of the business.

About Us

Kioku by Endo is more than a restaurant—it is an experience inspired by Japanese culture, memories and craftsmanship.

Located within The OWO, with panoramic views across Whitehall and Trafalgar Square, Kioku brings together exceptional food, thoughtful hospitality and a beautiful setting to create memorable experiences for every guest.

The Role

As General Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day operation of Kioku by Endo.

We are looking for a visible, hands-on leader who understands that every part of the restaurant contributes to its success. You will bring the kitchen, restaurant, bar and support teams together, creating a culture where everyone feels valued, respected and responsible for delivering an exceptional experience.

You will lead from the floor and by example. You will know your people, understand your guests and take pride in every detail of the restaurant. You will balance warmth and care with strong commercial awareness, clear standards and operational discipline.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to truly make the site their own—building a strong team, protecting the identity of Kioku and leading the restaurant into its next chapter with energy, passion and purpose.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
