Salary - Up to £42,000 per annum plus bonuses

The Opportunity
Popworld Sheffield is one of the city's most loved late-night venues, known for its legendary party atmosphere, iconic pop anthems and packed dancefloor. Situated in the heart of Sheffield's vibrant nightlife, we attract a diverse mix of students, professionals, partygoers and celebration groups, creating an energetic, high-volume environment where no two nights are ever the same.
We're looking for an experienced General Manager who thrives in late-night hospitality and enjoys bringing people together to create exceptional experiences. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a business with huge potential, nurture a talented team and play an important role in the continued success of one of Sheffield's best-known nightlife destinations.

As General Manager, you'll create a culture where people feel valued, supported and able to be their best. You'll inspire your team to deliver brilliant service and an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back time and again. You'll be responsible for maximising business opportunities, delivering strong commercial results and ensuring Popworld remains the venue of choice for a great night out in Sheffield. Whether you're coordinating a high-profile student event, delivering a busy weekend or helping team members develop their careers, you'll bring warmth, positivity and a people-focused approach to everything you do.
About You
We're looking for someone with General Manager experience in a high-volume late-night venue and a proven track record of developing engaged teams, delivering commercial success and maintaining high standards. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about hospitality, enjoy helping others succeed and understand how to create memorable experiences that guests love to share.
