The Role

We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-profile operation across three distinct catering outlets and an exclusive hospitality service.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on, forward-thinking leader who can bring energy and creativity to the operation while delivering strong commercial performance. You’ll lead a talented team, build trusted client relationships and constantly look for new ways to make the customer experience even better.
If you’re someone who challenges the norm, inspires people and never settles for average, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Description
As General Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, people, client relationships and commercial performance of the site.
You’ll lead from the front, setting high standards across food, service and hospitality while creating a positive, ambitious culture within your team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
